- Returns & Exchanges
Due to Quality Assurance: All our products, including Bahari Mustard Oil, are carefully inspected and packed to ensure the highest quality.
Return/Exchange Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Request Period: Customers must report damaged or defective products within 3 days of delivery.
Note: As our products are food items, we do not accept returns for opened or used bottles.
- Refunds
Refunds are processed only after inspecting the returned product.
Once approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
